Exciting Projects and Awareness in September

September has been a big month here in the de Fiddes office. We are thrilled to be part of the Estia, St Ives team, an exciting build with de Fiddes as lead living environment specialist and interior designers. In other news Gary Batt and Debbie de Fiddes have been nominated for not one but three awards in the HIA 2021 Builders Awards to be announced next month!

Did you know September is Dementia Awareness Month!?

With this year’s theme ‘You are not alone’ chosen by consumers, with the aim to increase exposure and further reduce the stigma of dementia as an often isolating and lonely experience due to lack of understanding, education and awareness. This Dementia Awareness Month aims to break down some of those barriers and stigma to create more inclusive, kind and accepting communities where people with dementia, their families and carers can feel well-supported, less isolated and alone.

As we come to the end of the month we wanted to share with you some wonderful, positive stories that have come out of the event this year.
