Exciting Award News and an Office Move!

Exciting News! Gary Batt and Associate Architects have been announced as finalists for the 2021 The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence in the Retirement, Aged Care and Seniors Living category for Capecare, Dunsborough.

 An exciting time ahead as Capecare, Dunsborough welcome its first Independent Living residents this month ahead of its official opening early August. It is a great honour and testament to the hard work from all involved.

In other news we have moved! Our lovely old building in West Perth has been sold and is being demolished to make way for brand new apartments. We have found a new home in North Perth - co-incidentally about a 2 minutes’ walk from the new house Gary and Debbie recently built. You can now find us located at Level 2, 456 Fitzgerald Street, North Perth.

The position couldn’t be more perfect, located next door to the best coffee shop in the area ‘The Engine Room’ and directly opposite the Rosemount Hotel, perfect for those days you just need a refreshment!
