Wow what a month it has been!

Debbie and the de Fiddes team have been busy working on exciting new projects teaming up recently with Adelphi Living to provide furnishing solutions for their latest display. Keep an eye out for more information and photos coming soon! Key team members also attended the opening of Capecare, Dunsborough an extremely proud moment to witness this great achievement by Gary Batt Associates Architects.

We are thrilled to also announce a new, hands on workshop by Alzheimer’s WA and the Dementia Services Development Centre (DSDC). The workshop will be held on the 30th November, details of the location and time will be confirmed soon. Stay Tuned!

In other news, the DSDC were honoured to host the King and Queen of Sweden to the Iris Murdoch building at the University of Stirling, Scotland this past month. As part of the Designing Environments for Healthy Cognitive Ageing research project, DSDC will be partnering with SilviaHemmet (the Queen’s charity), IKEA and BoKlok to incorporate their SilviaBo dementia friendly house as part of their research. You can read more about it on the Stirling University website.
