AGED CARE FACILITY  | ST IVES, NEW SOUTH WALES

Estia Health engaged de Fiddes expert design services on the new aged care facility in the beautiful St Ives, an upper north shore suburb of Sydney. From concept to completion, de Fiddes provided design finishes and fit out for the 118 bed facility, inspiration stemming from the many natural features throughout St Ives offering both water and bush views. The general theme and feeling of warmth is achieved through use of natural materials such as timbers and stone with contemporary fittings and simple design elements provide a modern and classical feel.
