As part of a client brief for wayfinding signage, de Fiddes proposed a multilayered design solution supported by evidence-based research which recommends the use of colour, object, numbers and letters. Taking lead from the Architects finishes, de Fiddes referenced the colour themes in the selections for feature wall papers and murals, artworks and memory-based objects and ultimately resident house and corridor wayfinding signage.
