Amongst all the chaos is the world, this incredible team is thriving!
Don't feel like you have something to celebrate? Don't worry, finding something to be grateful for is part of all good mindfulness practices. Staying present and positive is important for your overall health especially as we age.
It doesn’t have to be something big or grand, but taking a moment to pat yourself and each other on the back can be immensely rewarding! So join in the love and raise a glass with us as we list our achievements from this month.

Debbie – Our amazing Director! Congratulations on the incredible honour, we can’t tell you what yet but this top status isn’t given out lightly. (In terms of Aged Care recognition, this is one of the best awards around! - Think: The Dementia Design Expert Oscars) We are so proud to have her rare expertise steering this ship! (stay tuned for this big news to be revealed!!)
Erin – Long Service Leave! Over 10 years of amazing work and incredible insights. Perth’s best Aged Care Facilities have your Design direction. We are so lucky to have you with us!
Sam – Doctor Sam now! – Congratulations on finishing your PhD on optimising minor refurbishments in residential aged care using mixed methods. We know we can expect more great things from you and we are so thrilled to have you as our Clinical Director! Clients are lining up for your expertise, and we are the lucky ones to get your aged care clinical advice to inform our designs daily!
Vanessa – Thank you for navigating the De Fiddes team through a global pandemic! - We have our doors open and are thriving thanks to your skills. Plus, you helped us expand and take on more projects in the aged care sector, which we are so excited to be working on! Congratulations on welcoming your new family member (Otis – The Groodle = Golden Retriever X Poodle)!
Kat and Christine – Dedicated and amazing. You are both the best Aged Care Interior designers and decorators we could ask for!
You have wowed us with your up-skilling, cutting edge knowledge and out of the box thinking. The consistent amazing feedback from all the projects you work on is nothing short of incredible. You both can spot a non-compliant fabric a mile away. Whilst also sourcing the best and rarest Dementia assistive products and designs from around the world. Thanks to your skills, we are lucky to be the only company in Australia with access to, and permission to use in our projects, some of these incredible Aged Care specific products.
Mollie – 9 months down and we are keeping you around.  Although was supposed to be a maternity cover we just can’t let you and your fabulous work go! Keeping you on and training you up for your Aged Care Wayfinding expertise has been a joy to do!
Amy – Welcome back to the de Fiddes family, now that gorgeous baby Mila is growing up (too fast!). It’s so good to have you back on board! Your Wayfinding skills for Aged Care Facilities have been put to good use! Under our Clinical Director we are excited to see what you create next.
