Solving Navigational Problems

Continuing on with our theme this month, we have been busy working on a number of Wayfinding projects to ensure the appropriate signage enables visitors to find the right person in the right place.

There are many aspects to take into consideration and simple changes can make a remarkable difference to the lives of residents, visitors and staff.

We have had the pleasure of working with various clients over the years to improve visitor journeys and identify the most strategic positioning for signage. Albany Health Campus approached de Fiddes with their wayfinding concerns due to patient, visitor and staff inability to locate services and general confusion with the current signage. De Fiddes provided a full audit with review of the current signage, delivering a unique wayfinding package including new wall and hanging signs along with custom design decals which met the campus’ specific needs.  

We were thrilled to hear on completion of the project that the patient, staff and visitor confusion had improved.
